Store Policy & Returns

I am a reasonable person and this is a hobby community built on trust. While these cards have "handmade charm" (small quirks from being hand-cut and foiled), I want to make sure you're happy with your order.

• 14-Day Window: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the card must be in the same condition you received it.

• How to Start a Return: Contact me at smith@forgefoil.com. If accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a request won't be accepted.

• Damages & Issues: Inspect your order immediately. If USPS crushed it, or if it’s defective/wrong, email me photos at smith@forgefoil.com so I can evaluate it and make it right.

• Refunds: Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
